* Unifying your whole body by aligning skeletal structure with energy 
* Adjust the pelvis to unify the top and the bottom of the body 
* Aligning in order to support extension so that you can do things effortlessly

The focus of this cycle is the secret of Tai-Chi: Jing, or Effortless Power. When you draw in this energy, it opens and connects the body, significantly increasing strength and resiliency. In martial application it generates tremendous amounts of explosive power (such as the famous 'one inch punch'). It is the real essence of the Form. We will also practice the Bounce, a highly effective technique to train this energy in a safe manner.
