It contains instructions to infuse the talisman with power, the phrase "Wandering Ghosts within the Ten Directions," and the invocation,  "Gather together the spirits of both male and female wandering souls from the pathways of the Three Realms, the Nine Endless Nights, the pathways to the Six Main Realms, and the Four Rebirths."
