I had a problem with my phone (Vonage).
After calling them and being advised to run "Network Utility" under applications, I found out why my phone was not working well!
When you ping it for 100 packets it went from only 69 out of 100 (not good) to 100 for 100 which is what you want for better performance.
Try this test to see how your computer is working:
speedtest.net
I think this has to do with the aftermath of the hurricane.
