This week VP candidate Paul Ryan was asked to explain how he and and Mitt Romney will address gun violence. He failed to lay out any concrete plans. In fact neither campaign has offered a plan for how they’re going to reduce gun violence that will kill 48,000 Americans during the next president’s term.
